These keto taco shells are crispy enough to hold their shape once cooled. When you tap them they make a kind of hollow sound, and yet when you bite into them they softer than regular tacos, so they won't crumble.

Makes 7 Taco Shells

Nutrition Guide for 1 Taco (CK Almond Flour)
Cal: 200 Net Carbs: 1.39g Fiber: 4.4g Total Carbs: 5.7g Fat: 16.9g Protein: 7.6g

Nutrition Guide for 1 Taco (CK Chicken Flour)
Cal: 155 Net Carbs: 0.2g Fiber: 2.7g Total Carbs: 2.9g Fat: 9g Protein: 15.6g

Ingredients:
180g/ 1 ½ cups CK Flour
36g/ 3 tbsp Beef Gelatine, powdered or 9g Xanthan Gum
6g/ 1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Corn Extract
60g/4 tbsp Oil (Avocado or Olive)
60g/2 Egg Whites/ 1 Whole Egg (large)
¼ cup Water
(¼ cup water extra if using the CK Chicken Flour)
