Can non-Punjabis become Sikhs? Can non-Sikhs merge with God?

Please subscribe, "like", share freely and join our "basics of Sikhi" FB group. Is Sikhism a religion for Punjabi people only? Can Black, White, Chinese etc people become Sikh? What is the Sikh view on non-Sikhs getting salvation? Is Sikhism exclusive or inclusive to saints of other faiths.
NB: Very few people are true saints, ie, merged with God.
