BUILDING A CUSTOM STEEL BICYCLE FROM SCRATCH! Fillet brazing a bare tubeset and complete assembly!

It's NEW BIKE DAY for The BikeFarmer! This bike has been in my dreams for a few years now. Inspired by my very first custom steel Waterford randonneuring bike, I finally pulled the trigger on having my NOS True Temper S3 tubeset built into a dream road machine. From start to finish, I held onto the mantra "CLASSIC" with every choice I made.

Why steel? Why fillet brazing? Why custom? Why caliper brakes? Why the hell did I chose to install a 2 x 11 speed FRICTION shifting drivetrain on such an extravagant bike!?
