HELP! Ford Taurus Police Interceptor Sedan brake lights not working

My 2014 3.7L AWD Ford "Taurus" Police Interceptor Sedan has another weird problem... the brake lights (driver & passenger side) do not work. The 3rd "high mounted" brake light works fine. It's not the bulbs as they all work fine when operating as parking lights, turn signals, and hazard lights, and they also come on when I hook the 3rd brake light to them, but unfortunately doing so makes the turn signals and hazards not function properly.

Anyone know where they might have cut these wires it would be greatly helpful. Thank you in advance!
