Many people have been dealing with this same charging problem. As a dedicated Anker customer who has bought almost everything they have made since they first started making micro USB cables, this is a big disappointment and it doesn't appear that there will be a fix anytime soon. Seems others have been receiving a used replacement refurbished product in exchange for their new purchased power bank.
