Ubiquiti Unifi UAP AC Pro vs. AVM Repeater - Review

I compare the Ubiquiti Unifi UAP AC Pro Wifi Access Point to the AVM Fritz Repeater 1750e. I apply a real life Speedtest and measure the connection quality. I also do a unboxing and show you how to set up the Ubiquiti Unifi Controller.

The quality of the Fritz Wifi was bugging me for a while now. After a while I stumbled upon the Ubiquiti Products. In this case the Ubiquiti UAC AC Pro. First I don’t wanted to spend the extra cash on new equipment but after a while Fritz annoyed me so much that I had to give it a shot.

I did not get any extra discounts or anything on the Product. So I had to buy it myself.

The Setup is really easy and is done within minutes. You’ll notice a rise in connection quality realy quickly. And to prove it to with hard facts I included some measurements in the video.

Bonus Advice on the End:
1. Use the 64x Bit version of Java to be able to run the Cloud Functions of the Unifi Controller
2. Set up the Unifi Controller as a Service on your Server.
