Boeing Test Pilots Show Off the F-15 Advanced Eagle in Style!

The F-15QA (Qatari Advanced), also known as the Ababil, represents one of the most advanced F-15 variants ever made. With more powerful engines, a digital fly by wire system, an advanced radar and additional weapon pylons, the QA variant has formed the basis of the latest F-15 ordered by the US Air Force known as the F-15EX Eagle II.

The 2024 Royal International Air Tattoo saw the addition of two F-15QA Ababils to the flying display for the first time in UK skies since 2009. The displays were performed by two sets of crew, one in a 'clean' configuration (no armament) and the other in 'dirty' configuration - showcasing the versatility of this incredible airframe.
