This "flop" video shows you how I attempted to get melted gum and stain out of shorts that went through the washing machine. I definitely removed the sticky gum, but a separate dark stain appeared, not sure why. Never mix chemicals, always test first, and wear gloves! Anyway - hope this helps...somewhat at least.
