1) Palak (spinach) 1 bunch
2) Chana dal (lentil) 1 cup ,soak for 1 hour and then boil lentil with 1/4 tsp of termaric powder & 1/2 tsp of salt

3) 1 large size chopped onion
4) 2 tomato paste
5) ginger garlic paste 1 tbs

Spices:

1)salt 1/2 tsp
2) red chilli powder 1 tsp
3)turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
4) garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
5) green chilli 4 small nos
6) qasoori maithi 1 tsp
