Well, this was a first for me! I had never encountered a pig on a bike trail before...until now. This trail, the Piedmont Medical Center Trail at Riverwalk in Rock Hill, South Carolina has a little bit of everything. But I was most impressed with 1) the gorgeous views of the Catawba River and 2) an impressive, historic train trestle that has stood the test of time. Join me as we explore the city of Rock Hill, enjoy some Tres Leches Cake at a Mexican restaurant, run up on a couple of deer, and spend some time with Prada the pig!
