Unedited interview with Joe Latakgomo, a South African sports journalist and editor of English-language South African daily newspaper, The Sowetan. In this interview, Latakgomo talks about the coverage of the Soweto uprising in 1976, South African press, the SABC and more. Part of a series of unedited interviews with South African (and some American) writers, journalists and activists made in the late ‘80s, discussing the subject of censorship, films, journalism and more.
