Ingredients:

For coconut milk:

3 cups grated coconut
3 3/4 cup water
Pinch of salt

Rest of the ingredients :

250 gm black jaggery
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup roasted rice powder ( the one we use for idiyappam/pathiri)
2 tsp to 2 tbsp ghee
2 small tsp cocout oil
Chopped cashew nut (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
Pinch of chukku podi (optional)
