2-3 boiled potatoes
3 cups wheat flour
1 tsp salt
Crushed ajwain
2 tbsp ghee
2 cups sattu
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
2-3 chopped green chillies
1 finely chopped onion
Fresh coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp kalaunji
2 tsp sarson oil
1 tbsp achaar masala
