NHAI may introduce GNSS-based toll system to help commuters FASTag helped reduce waiting time at toll booths, but it has faced many technical glitches. Long queues, technical glitches, and misuse of tags were the main issues.

Satellite Toll System : The Indian government is all set to revolutionize road travel by rolling out a GPS-based satellite toll collection system that allows commuters to travel the first 20 kilometers absolutely toll-free.
