Today I just wanted to show you what I made.
This is a swashplate mechanism with a rod and a bearing. It was a big surprise that, it worked well at first time and it was quite simple without any complicated steps.
I want to use it for my LTD magnetic Stirling engine.
I took this plastic-coated bearing from the hinge of an office desk drawer. Then I drilled a hole in the plastic ring in a radial direction and attached the steel rod with a drop of UV glue. The next step is to use a smaller diameter rod (3 mm) as the mounting hole for the bearing (4 mm) and attach it to it at an angle.

I recommend making the "working piston" based on the glass or epoxy putty piston tutorial, because it is the most expensive part you would need to purchase. Videos are attached into the series.
