Deepening our groins, opening our hips and strengthening our core. A practice that oxygenates the blood and refreshes the system. We start with a supine heart-opener, placing that awareness inside the chest and easing the body into receptivity. We then move into seated hip/lower back releasers interspersed with active Downward Dogs and lunging groin work for full body awakenings. Then comes the core sequence - abdominal strength and lower back integrity, followed by a series of abdominal releasers, organ cleansers, and supine spinal twists. Gently winding down with a further opening of hips, lower back, legs and groins culminating in a happy burst of heart opening half backbends for cellular vitality to the lungs, heart whilst helping the malleability of the upper back, followed by a peaceful guided Savasana.
