On May 21st, 2012 Stanford's Program in Law, Science and Technology along with Berkeley's Center for Law & Technology co-hosted the Patent Institutions Summit: Bringing Together the PTO, Federal Circuit District Court and the ITC.
One of the keynote speeches at the event was given by Federal Circuit Judge Kathleen O'Malley.
