It seems like there are a decent amount of people across the internet don’t know how to turn up mic volume on HyperX Cloud 2 headphones, so i made this video to help you all out. There are few steps to this process, but by the end your HyperX Cloud 2 Mic volume won’t be a mystery anymore! This applies to Playstation 4 and PC users, sorry Xbox users, I cant help you guys out with this! Sorry.

Let's get on to the instructions:

1. Download and install HyperX Cloud 2 Firmware Update - this includes the HyperX Cloud 2 Drivers.

2. Connect your HyperX Cloud 2 to your PC, set the default recording, playback devices, raise mic sensitivity.


3. If you want even higher mic volume I walk you through using a 3rd party app(Make sure your headphones are connected to your PC before running setup):


4. HyperX Cloud 2 PS4 setup - after the latest firmware update, the soundcard works with PS4 allowing you to control mic, volume, and 7.1 surround sound levels
