In the future, cages and wells will no longer be allowed to be used as fall protection on fixed ladders. Ladder safety systems will be one of the new alternatives. In this video we provide a demonstration of a number of different options employers will be able to implement including: fall arrest, SRLS, and ladder safety systems.
