AV-8B LST and APKWS Guide - Lase Anything! JTAC Script Showcase - DCS in 3 Or Less

This AV-8B LST Tutorial shows how to use laser guided weapons alongside the the Laser Spot Tracker, or LST, using Carsten's Lase Anything script to designate targets.

The script can be enabled in the mission editor, and it lets you quickly lase any unit on the map. you can use it to practice laser weapon delivery with planes like the Mirage 2000 or F5, which can't self-designate. I'm sure that there are plenty of mission makers who will be able to put it to use in more interesting ways.

While I'm using the Harrier and the APKWS for this demo, and showcasing how the LST works, the Lase Anything script works with any laser guided weapon dropped from any plane.

To install the script, copy the .lua file into Username\Saved Games\DCS\Missions
Instructions for enabling the script in the Mission editor are in the included pdf.
