Unfortunately, Hyperoptic, despite offering great top speeds, and symettrical upload speeds, once something goes wrong, have some of the worst technical support i've ever seen from an ISP - having first reported my issues late December, in mid MAY I still am having the same random disconnections, throughout every day. Time and again, pointless replacing of routers (3 times) despite it being an external fault, which was only acknowledged once I legally COMPELLED the company to act by making a complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman. After this, they finally checked wiring between me and the exchange. Unfortunately, this has not stopped the relentless disconnections. I have decided to take this to the next level by aiming to make a video recording of every disconnection I can, but here is the first recording as an example. I will be kicked out of competitive games when this happens, it ruins my gameplay experience. Hyperoptic's complacency followed by, their incompetency, even once they have acted means I no longer want to suffer alone with this and will be keeping a diary here, for future compensation claims.
