Ingredients:
- pointed gourd/potol/parwal - 250g
- prawns - 20
- freshly peeled coconut - 2tsp
- yellow mustard seeds - 2tsp
- black mustard seeds - 2tsp
- poppy seeds - 1tsp
- green chilli - 4
- turmeric - 1/4tsp
- salt as per taste
- besan(gram flour) - 2tbsp
- thread
- mustard oil for frying


Method:
- wipe and peel the pointed gourd/potol/parwal. Make a slit in it and scoop out all the seeds.
- paste yellow, black mustard seeds, peeled coconut and green chillies. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric and salt in this paste. Add all the prawns and 3 tsp mustard oil in it.
- stuffed the pointed gourds (potol/parwal) with the mixture. Seal the opening side with besan (gram flour) mixture and thread.
- heat 4 tbsp mustard oil. When oil is hot fry all the pointed gourd in medium flame
- serve it with steam rice and green chillies
