Introduction to Maximum pain Theory. (How institutions are fooling us)

Stock market manipulation has been at the front of my mind lately and I have been doing a lot of research. In the options market there is an important theory known as Maximum Pain Theory. I am going to review this theory and how we can use it to better inform ourselves of the incentives present in the market and benefit from the behavior of institutions instead of falling victim to it.
