In this episode we begin the fortress, we have planned out and started the dig as well as taking care of some housekeeping workshops to start the fortress.

This series will chronicle the re-building of the Mines of Moria from Lord of the Rings. We will be using a map and a template (links below) to construct a functioning fortress based on the work of many Urists. The playthrough will be done in version 0.34.11 and will air on Mondays.

Dwarf Fortress is a single-player fantasy game. You can control a dwarven outpost or an adventurer in a randomly generated, persistent world.
