經濟起飛，房地產價格屢創新高。為了保著財富，也為了財富可以增值，盧偉民挪用所有積蓄，再加上父親的棺材本，付了一層樓的首期，完成了自己和家人做業主的春秋大夢。
偉民一家五口生活在一間不大的公寓內，觀賞視窗外的海景是全家人放鬆心情的唯一辦法。然而某天，這狹小的風景也被看板遮擋！全家用盡一切辦法，也不能令那看板消失，一家老小被逼上絕路……

In hopes of finally owning a dream home for his family, Man spends his entire life savings and his father’s inheritance on that all-important down payment for a flat. The flat isn’t very big for a family of five, but at least they can relax with its beautiful ocean view. However, that serenity is broken one day when the family discovers that a giant billboard has blocked their view. They try to do everything in their power to get rid of the billboard, but to no avail. In desperate times, the family has no choice but to take desperate measures…
