In this video I create a mandala with found objects such as a piece of jewelry, White Out tape and a paper flower, then fill it in with colored pencils. This 25-minute activity is one of the many ways therapeutic arts can help you reduce stress, come back to the present moment and spend time decompressing.

Spending just 20 minutes a day creating art can reduce stress up to 30%, in addition to help with cognitive processing, problem solving, eye hand coordination, creative thinking, builds confidence, and provides a sense of purpose, satisfaction and accomplishment.
