This is A Hat in Time with the X3DAudio HRTF wrapper (IRC_1037 tables). This game has 3D Positional Audio built right in, though it requires this mod to take advantage of it on headphones. A Hat in Time is without a doubt among the best binaural experiences I've ever had in a video game. Thanks to the wide-open level design and full range of movement, you can hear ambient sounds happening all around you as if they were really there. It makes Mario games sound like a complete joke by comparison. Granted, you'll need to pull the camera in close to take full advantage of HRTF, but you'll get a lush soundscape even if it's set to Very Far.

I apologize for the 30FPS 720p recording. This level is very hardware-intensive due to all the fire effects and X3DAudio HRTF combined with OBS Studio only lowers the framerate further.
