Today we set out to ride Hempstead Harbor Woods' most technical trail, Bouldergeist. This double black trail is probably the trickiest trail to clean on Long Island since it has a lot of tight technical moves and loose sandy conditions mixed in with big rocks. Hempstead Harbor Woods is a great mountain bike trail system to test your technical ability and it rode really well with my steel hardtail, the Radical Bicycle Co. Grim Ripper!
