There are times when you come across this error where it tells you that the proper speed is too high and a message which states that propeller rotating too fast. Here is a quick hack.

this usually happens when one of the propellors isn't rotating freely on the motor below.

Do not worry, just go ahead and make sure the propellors move freely, if they don't, removing the Propellor with the screw drive and re-screwing it back on help release the tightness caused by incorrect packing in the fly more combo case.

You should be good once it is screwed back in. in worst cases you can replace the propellor. Make note of the little dash mark on the propellors to ensure you're replacing the right one and you should be good again.
