After you defeat the final boss, wait until the scene at the Farplane
Glen and press "X" to hear a whistle. If your afraid you'll miss it,
just press "X" throughout the whole ending. It SHOULDN'T skip any
dialogue, although be warned that it may. For a better description,
basically just press "X" when Yuna and the Gullwings return to the area
that Leblanc, Ormi, and Logos were waiting. When the Fayth appears and
asks Yuna a question, answer "Yes!" (FIRST OPTION!!) You will view the
Perfect Ending AFTER THE CREDITS HAVE ROLLED. Therefore, DO NOT TURN
OFF YOUR CONSOLE until they have rolled and you have seen the perfect
ending, and have had a chance to make a separate "New Game+" file.

GAME INFO:
The game takes place in Spira, two years after the events of Final Fantasy X, during the Eternal Calm.
