About the city:

The City of Vice, commonly known as Vice City or simply Vice, is a fictional city located in Florida, United States. The city is the setting for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Vice City is based on Miami, which was a major cocaine trans-shipment point for South America during the 1980s.

The city consists of two major islands and six smaller islands; both major islands are separated by a large body of water similar to that of Biscayne Bay, which separates Miami Beach from mainland Miami. Each major island is divided into several districts. The population of Vice City is given at around 1.8 million in 1986

Unlike Liberty City and the state of San Andreas, Vice City has no known railway or rapid transit systems, and all islands are connected by road and bridges.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is a compilation of three action-adventure games in the Grand Theft Auto series: Grand Theft Auto III (2001), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002), and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004). It was developed by Grove Street Games[a] and published by Rockstar Games. All three games are remastered, with visual enhancements and gameplay upgrades. It was released on Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 11 November 2021, and is scheduled for release on Android and iOS devices in the first half of 2022.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a 2002 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It is the fourth main entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, following 2001's Grand Theft Auto III, and the sixth instalment overall.

Set in 1986 within the fictional Vice City (based on Miami), the single-player story follows mobster Tommy Vercetti's rise to power after being released from prison and becoming caught up in an ambushed drug deal. While seeking out those responsible, he slowly builds an empire by seizing power from other criminal organisations in the city.
