Here are the solutions to the exercises from Part 4 of Graph Theory with Python: "Degrees and Degree Sequences."

In this video, we go over a counterexample to two conjectures from part 4: that is, 1) is minimum in degree + minimum out degree = minimum total degree, and 2) is maximum in degree + maximum out degree = maximum total degree?

We also see how to code Python functions to compute to total degrees and in degrees for a directed graph, with some bonus functions for computing the minimum and maximum degree of an undirected graph!

Finally, we take a look at a sequence of positive integers whose sum is even but isn't a graphic sequence.
