Regulator Trail in Deer Valley is the newest addition to Deer Valley's flow / jump line trails. It sits right between Tidal Wave and Tsunami in terms of jump size, although, the lips at one point on Regulator are so good and send you higher (albeit not farther) than the jumps in Tsunami [in my opinion]. This trail goes down the north side of Deer Valley (heading to the parking lot), similar to Undertow. This trail is just so fun.
