[SS13] Randomizer

Warning: a lot of white flashes. Also I might set audio a bit loud, but I just vibin to music too much.
It was a blast! One of the funniest wizard builds I ever played. My only complain is Chaos Staff's Anti-Magic bolt (white orb) which makes the target immune to magic for 20~ seconds. This round edits was just that I needed to overcome usual spring depression, really hyped about the results.
