Have you heard about Northstone Golf community in Huntersville, North Carolina? I’ll give you a little tour of the neighborhood with its great amenities and at the same time give you an idea on the Northstone real estate market.

It is a master-planned neighborhood with almost 1,000 homes built from the late 1990’s to early 2000’s. You will love Northstone’s community amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, playground, pond, and rec area. Residents of Northstone take great pride in home ownership, as you can see from how well they maintain the curb appeal of their homes and their community.

In the center of this amazing community is the Northstone Country Club, a private golf club situated on 237 acres. The P.B. Dye signature 18-hole course was rated #1 by the Charlotte Business Journal. Northstone Country Club offers members four swimming pools, three Plexi-pave tennis courts, a children’s play center, picnic area, restaurant, bar and fitness center. Membership to Northstone Country Club is optional, with no initiation fees, no minimum spending requirements, and no assessments so you can easily enjoy all the club member benefits. Northstone Country Club is a great venue for weddings, graduation and birthday parties or different events.

Northstone is only a few minutes away from Lake Norman, the largest man-made lake in North Carolina. If you want to launch your boat or just enjoy the stunning water view of Lake Norman, drive just a few minutes west to Blythe Landing Park off Highway 73 in Huntersville. This 24-acre park has a boat launch, floating piers, a dockside café, beach (swimming not allowed), playground, picnic areas and sand volleyball courts.

At the end of June 2020, the average sold price in Northstone was $427,850. The maximum was $560,000, minimum was $305,000 and the median price was $315,000. The average days on market was 14 days and the percentage of sold price over listing price was 99.19.
For active homes, the highest listing price is $599,000 and the lowest listing price is $399,000.
