"Strawberry tiramisu"
Tiramisu cookies
For Cream:
250 gr. mascarpone cheese,
250g 35% fat (whipping cream),
100 grams sugar
5 egg yolks.
For strawberry syrup:
200 grams of strawberries
2-3 tbsp sugar,
lemon juice,
water 50 ml. (optional)
1 tbsp alcohol (rum, whiskey, cognac, etc.)
Dip the biscuits in strawberry sauce, put in a mold, cream on top, then a layer of biscuits and more cream. Decorate with strawberries.
