Aggressive Raisin Cat is a progressive metalcore band from Singapore, boasting a blend of heavy, technical, yet melodic compositions. Drawing from a huge range of musical influences, they aim to create unique songs that push the boundaries of the metalcore genre, while bridging the gaps between different sub-genres and incorporating elements from all genres of music. Formed in 2019, the band released their debut single “Edgelord” after finishing their time in Singapore’s 2018 edition of the Noise Music Mentorship program. Releasing two more singles in 2022, “Cough Bin” and “Ramen”, they went on to play a great amount of shows, most notably ‘Baybeats’ and ‘Ignite!’ festivals in 2022, and opening for Australian metalcore band ‘Alpha Wolf’ in 2023.
