Spirals w/ Rapid Exit - Day 1 - SIV for Beginners - BANDARRA

Welcome to our new SIV for Beginner Series!
We went to France to take part in Flyeos' SIV course and tried to film as much as possible. We ended up coming away with much more than expected so decided to put this playlist together. Hope it's helpful for beginners in paragliding.

On Day 1 we covered the basics and did a couple of runs on Spirals with Rapid Exits. These seemingly simple manoeuvres are a good assessment of a pilot's skill with it comes to spacial awareness, timing, G tolerance and much more.
