Every single year, we see infants who were saved, by a parent or relative knowing CPR. You never ever want to need it – I get that – and having this knowledge is also one of the single best things you can do for your family.

A few additional details:
For compressions on infants, you can either to 2 thumbs (as demonstrated) or 2 fingers
For breathing, you can either: cover mouth and nose with your own mouth (as demonstrated) or cover the mouth with your mouth and pinch nose,
If you’re alone and DONT have your phone - this is important - for babies, do 5 rounds of CPR FIRST - about 2 minutes, and then take them with you to call 911
