The Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change (MoEUCC) announced recently that the Turkey KKDIK registration deadlines will be revised based on a “Tonnage Based Gradual Transition” approach. The details of the deadline postponement, and related regulatory changes, will be published separately in a formal circular by the MoEUCC whereby the deadline extensions will be official.

The proposed registration deadlines are likely to be 31 December 2026, 31 December 2028, and 31 December 2030, depending on the annual tonnage band and hazards of the substance.
