Playing Hover Levels 14-26.

The game only lets you start out as far as level 16, but you can continue you on beyond that. After level 16, I think the enemies go back to level 1 intelligence and progress smarter and smarter with each level again, but the number of opponents doesn't reset, there just keeps getting more of them.
