It's the first time I haven't made many vlogs during Ramadan, I guess. Being a mommy to an infant makes you tired, especially after breaking the fast. Still, I somehow managed to take short videos that included recipes. But those were not my kind, as there was no voice-over, and the editing wasn't up to my satisfaction. But it's better to share something than nothing right. This vlog was taken during the first week of Ramadan and its almost 2 weeks over.
I hope you like this video and do try the recipes. Hopefully will see you with another video.

Focaccia Bread-
1 1/2 cups warm water,
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp dry active yeast
2.5-3 cups all-purpose flour,
1/2 cup milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for the dough
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , for the pan

to spread on top-
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp water
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes

My GrandMom's Chicken Mulakittathu

Coconut oil, 3 tbsp
curry leaves - a few
shallots - 10-15
ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tsp
regular red chilly powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt
tomato - 1 small
green chillies - 2-3 slit
chicken - 1 kg
hot water - 2 cups
thick coconut milk - 1.5 cup
curry leaves - a few
coconut oil - 1 tsp

Maida - 1.5 cup
egg- 1
salt
water - as per the consistency

chicken filling
oil - 2 tbsp
butter - 20 gm
onion - 1 large
curry leaves
kashmiri red chilly powder - 1.5 tsp
tuermeric powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
tomato - 1 small
coriander leaves - a handful chopped
salt
