Season 2 (released Jan. 23. 2025) was set in motion by the hunt for a mole who betrayed Peter during a Night Action mission and nearly got him killed, forcing him to go AWOL on his handler, Catherine Weaver (played by East New York’s Amanda Warren). Ultimately, Peter, Rose, Catherine and others worked to stop the release of a biological weapon inside the United Nations in New York City.

Based on how Season 2 ended (SPOILER ALERT!), Season 3 will find Peter essentially working as a double agent, doing the bidding of Jacob Monroe (Louis Herthum) while also reporting back to the FBI on the knowledge broker’s every move as a crony of the likely next President of the United States, Governor Richard Hagan (Ward Horton). “Gain trust, expose, destroy” are Peter’s marching orders from Catherine.
