A very healthy breakfast where you make rice rava at home and then make rava pulihora which is a traditional breakfast in South India.

************* START of RECIPE *************
Rice Rava:
Take 2 cups of white rice and wash the rice for 2-3 times. Depending upon the type of rice u may have to soak them for few hrs. Drain and spread the rice on a thin white cloth under the fan or in sunlight and dry for 6-7 hrs. Make sure the rice should become completely dry. Then transfer the rice into a mixer grinder and grind it into a coarse ravva consistency. The coarseness is per your wish like fine ravva or coarse-fine ravva. Please note that don't grind the rice for along time. Just pulse and grind 2-3 times as we want it as ravva not as a flour.
Take a sieve with small holes used for seiving flours. the flour that you get out of sieve is rice flour and the one that stays in the sieve is rice rava.

Rava Pulihora:

Take a small nonstick pressure cooker and heat it. If you don't have non-stick cooker then do this in a pan instead. Add 2 tbsp of oil, few groundnuts, cashew nuts, 1/2 tbsp of chana dal, 1/2 tbsp of urad dal, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, and 2 dry red chilies. Let the mustard seeds splutter. Mix all the ingredients properly. Add 3 slit green chilies. Then add a few curry leaves. Mix everything. After curry leaves splutter, add 2 cups of water. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder. Add salt as per your taste. Let the water boil. Now add 1 cup of rice Rava that we made before. Mix simultaneously with a ladle while pouring rice Rava. Close the lid and keep a whistle. Cook for 3 whistles. Let the pressure settles down. But then Immediately open the cooker, don't let it rest in a closed cooker for long. If you used a pan then cook idli rava separately in water and then add in the tadka. Add a small cup of grated carrot and a small cup of chopped coriander leaves. Now give it a good mix. After 5-10 mins, add lemon as per your choice of taste.
Give it a good mix.
