In Part 3 of our Project XC Race Bike recap, I review the ENVE M525 carbon cross country race wheels built on DT Swiss hubs. Those were wrapped in the Schwalbe's newest Addix compound tires. It was all put together in an attempt to prevent pinch flats while still letting me run low pressures while racing the 2018 True Grit Epic 50 mile mountain bike race in St. George, UT.
