5 Puris. 6 Generations. 170 Year Old Street Style Eatery in Mumbai I Kunal Vijayakar

This week on Khaane Mein Kya Hai, I am visiting an eatery that is older than the 1st railway track of India not just that it is older than the Indian Rebellion of 1857 and probably the oldest known restaurant of Mumbai. Pancham Puriwala has been serving hot delicious North Indian style puri bhaji for 170 years now and they are to die for. I am told the recipe of their signature dishes hasn't changed... well there is only one way to find out.
