In this video, I share how I create realistic goals and avoid burnout in my art journey using Notion. I know firsthand how discouraging it can be to fail at achieving your goals, so I created a plan for myself that has been working well.

In this video, I talk about how I broke down my year into quarters and created SMART goals that were specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. By doing this, I ensured that my objectives were attainable within a certain time frame and that I wouldn't burn out by overworking myself.

I share my notion page and the tasks I set for myself for the first quarter of 2023, including creating at least 5-8 pieces of art, starting up my YouTube channel again, and doing a pop-up shop. I also talk about the challenges I faced in balancing my personal life, nursing career, and art journey.

Overall, I'm happy with my progress and can't wait to see what the next quarter brings. I hope my journey inspires you to set realistic goals and work hard towards your dreams, no matter how big or small they may be.
