Jawaharlal Nehru University or JNU is a public research university located in South West Delhi, India.
It was established in 1969 and named after Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister.
The courses are offered in the fields of Arts, Science, Computer Applications, Medical, Engineering, Law, Mass Communication, and Management.
JNU also offers Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Certificate courses in various languages.

Banaras Hindu University or BHU is a central research university located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, and founded in 1916.
BHU's main campus spread over 1,370 acres is located on the southern edge of Varanasi, near the banks of the river Ganges.

Jamia Millia Islamia is a central university located in New Delhi, India.
It was given the deemed status by University Grants Commission in 1962.
On 26 December 1988, it became a central university.
Originally established at Aligarh, United Provinces (present-day Uttar Pradesh, India) during the British Empire in 1920, then moved to Karol bagh in 1925 finally settling to its current location in Okhla in 1935 which is spread across 230 Acres.
