Welcome to Daily Kitchen Magic..Today we are going to make a very special Navratri dish Sabudana Paneer Cutlet...It can be a very tasty option for those who are fasting..Very quick too It is made or it does not take much effort... Earlier we had also shared the recipe of Sabudana, so if you have not seen that video, then you must watch that too by clicking on the link given in the description or on the button above..
So let's see what we need for this cutlet..
For this, our half a bowl of soaked sago which we had soaked for 3-4 hours
½ bowl grated paneer
1 medium sized boiled potato...
green chili as per taste
Curry leaves 4-5 as per taste
coriander leaves as per taste
Black pepper, black and white salt in spices
Cumin
roasted cumin powder
water chestnut flour about 1 bowl.. add as per need
or Makhana powder or lotus seed flour to quote
Now we have put 1 tbsp oil in a pan for heating
After this we will add cumin
Or add green chilies or curry leaves after this
Will add bad half bowl of sabudana to it
Or boiled potatoes will also give lentils
After that add paneer
Will lightly sauté all
If it is bad, add 2 spoons of wheat flour or mix it well.
After watching it for 2 minutes, add black pepper, black and white salt, roasted cumin powder or coriander leaves and mix them all.
The purpose of bringing it is that it does not remain raw while frying or it makes good cutlets.
Come on, now this masala is ready, now we will leave it to cool down a bit.
Now heat the oil in a pan to fry the cutlets
Now we will roll the cutlet, you can roll it in whatever shape you want... After that we will coat it with butter or deep fry it...
Flip it from both the sides and fry till it turns golden brown...
So take it, our delicious Paneer Sabudana Cutlet is ready..
