Описание к видео 888-6-LEJEUNE The New York Camp Lejeune Toxic Water Legal Injury Claims Hotline

Call 888-6-LEJEUNE (888-653-5386) or visit https://ask4sam.net/camp-lejeune-just...

The top-rated New York Medical Malpractice Injury Law Firm Silberstein, Awad, and Miklos Has launched a hotline to help residents of New York State seek compensation for themselves or their loved ones if they were harmed by the toxic water that plagued the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, which is in Eastern North Carolina. That hotline number is 888-6-LEJEUNE (888-653-5386). Residents Of New York State can call this number and speak to an attorney about whether they have a claim in the recently decided Camp Lejeune's contaminated water supply case. Residents of New York State who spent 30 consecutive days or more at Camp Lejeune between 1953 and 1987 and who subsequently have developed health issues may have grounds for a significant monetary claim due to exposure to various toxic chemicals that were in the well water that was consumed at the camp. Hazardous waste leaked from waste disposal sites (underground storage tanks) near the base, making their way into the water sources which were consumed by nearly 1 million individuals over the roughly 35 year span of time.
This applies to active duty soldiers who were stationed there, as well as their families, but also anybody who happened to work there for a period of at least 30 consecutive days between ‘53 and ‘87, and who consumed the contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune and experienced toxic exposure to the known cancer-causing chemicals, including civilian workers.
Dangerous chemicals lead to water contamination that water treatment plants were unable to remedy, and this lead to health conditions that were often debilitating or fatal, and medical records and medical evidence lead to legal action, which can cover medical expenses of those affected, as well as care for loss of quality of life, income, suffering, and more.
The Veterans Administration released a list of presumptive conditions for those who spent at least 30 consecutive days at Camp Lejeune during that 35-year span of time. According to the Camp Lejeune Justice Act and the Press Release from the Veterans Administration, anyone who spent that amount of time at Camp Lejeune, and who was exposed to the water contamination, and is subsequently showing any of the following presumptive symptoms - whether veterans who were active duty or inactive duty, the family members of military staff, non-military staff, civilian contractors and civilian staff, in utero children, and the families of deceased victims may be eligible to file claims.

Those presumptive conditions include:

Adult Leukemia, Aplastic Anemia or Other Myelodysplastic Syndromes, ALS ( that is, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), Bladder Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Liver Cancer, Multiple Myeloma, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Parkinson’s Disease, various types of cancer, including Esophageal Cancer, Breast Cancer, Brain Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Lung Cancer, Renal Toxicity, Scleroderma, (that is, Systemic Sclerosis), Hepatic Steatosis (or Fatty Liver Disease), Miscarriage, Cardiac defect or (Heart Related) Birth Defect (in utero ONLY), Birth Defect / Birth Injury (In Utero ONLY), Female Infertility, Childhood Leukemia, Childhood Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Neurobehavioral Effects, and Other Serious Medical Conditions.

If you or a loved one were stationed at camp Lejeune for a period of 30 days or longer, help is just a phone-call away. Call the New York State Camp Lejeune Toxic Water Injury Claims Hotline, by calling 888-6-LEJEUNE, or by remembering to “ask 4 sam” by visiting ask4sam.net and clicking on the Camp Lejeune Claims option on the main page, or clicking the link in the description below to learn more about this civil claim about the base water.
The Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA) was designed to help water contamination victims to file lawsuits, make a legal claim for compensation to recover damages, Health care benefits, health care expenses, as well as streamline other disability claims, and included additional benefits via the Veterans Administration.
